Description.
The Rotom Earth Bracelet is a new item that will feature in Pokemon Asgaard.
It is a Rotom Pokedex that was crafted/merged with a traditional bracelet worn
by the ancient people of Valka long ago. Like most PokeDexes, it can record
information about Pokemon that are captured, but in addition, it is also adorned
with five ancient runestones that grant it special magical powers that can be
utilized by the trainer during their journey. It can also speak, providing the trainer
with useful tips (Though it won't chat your ear off), and can also act as a communication
